The successful candidate will analyse user needs, industry trends and competitor developments to identify new product opportunities and support growth across European markets. /p h3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3User Market Research /h3 ul liAnalyse user habits, needs and lifestyles across different European markets. /li liConduct user visits and interviews to identify needs, pain points and improvement opportunities. /li liPrepare regular research reports and share findings with Product, Marketing and HQ teams. /li liTurn customer insights into product recommendations and value propositions. /li liResearch key HVAC industry trends across Europe. /li liAnalyse policies, regulations, standards, subsidies and market-access requirements. /li liGather information through trade fairs, industry events, official bodies, specialist media and professional networks. /li liPrepare regular reports on trends and developments relevant to the business. /li /ul h3Competitor Research /h3 ul liAnalyse the positioning, portfolio and strategy of key competitors. /li liVisit distributors, customers, installers and installation companies. /li liResearch new products, technologies, features, design trends and competitor selling points. /li liRecommend improvements to Haier's portfolio, product presentation and marketing messages. /li /ul h3New Business Opportunities /h3 ul liIdentify new product and market opportunities through user, industry and competitor analysis. /li liDevelop business cases, opportunity assessments and strategic recommendations.
