Requirements

- 1-2+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment,
- Experience with cold calling (SMB targets are a big plus),
- Commitment to continuous improvement and desire to learn new sales concepts via rigorous trainings,
- Ability to punch through ambiguity and ramp up quickly,
- Experience with standard sales tools and a desire to explore and implement new tools to further streamline the sales process,
- Overall track record of professional and academic success,
- (Desirable) Outstanding professional references to share,
- (Desirable) Experience with marketplace models,
- (Desirable) Love of blitz growth environments,
- (Desirable) Relentlessly positive attitude, strong sense of humor, and the ability to have fun at work,
- Fluency in Spanish is required, with Catalan as a strong plus,

What the job involves
- We’re building out our first SP BDR team to generate leads and fill the top of our sales funnel as we launch the go-to-market function from the ground up,




- This is a unique opportunity to shape the sales function in a hyper-growth environment and work closely with senior leadership to drive revenue and impact,
- This role will support both inbound and outbound sales motions — engaging with dental practices who express interest in Dandy while also proactively generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting,
- Be the first point of contact for a wide range of dental practice prospects, xhfqzwm
- Generate new business through outbound channels including email, phone, and creative outreach tactics,
- Track sales activity using Salesforce and other tools, and continuously improve your processes,
- Pitch the Dandy value proposition, handle objections, and move prospects through the funnel,
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives for seamless client handoffs,
- Contribute ideas to build the SP BDR function from scratch — your feedback will shape our processes, tools, and strategy
