h3Data Analyst Senior /h3pAs a Data Analyst Senior, you are in charge of building SQL, Qlik, and PowerBI data models to support key business decisions. You will collaborate with our product owners, guide your team members, and work closely with our clients on their challenges requiring Data Foundations, Data Analytics, and Data Science. /ppYou will work closely with data engineers, BI analysts, and product owners to create fast, efficient, and scalable data intelligence solutions for Werfen employees. /ph3Key Accountabilities /h3pAmong others, you will: /polliHave between 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, managing a team or multiple projects. Preferably in the digital/tech and health/diagnostics/life science space. /liliWork with the team and business stakeholders to identify requirements, define models, and kickstart new analytics initiatives. /liliBuild data models with SQL and automate them with Python. Have deep knowledge of all the datasets inside the data lake to be able to provide guidance to stakeholders. /liliApply the correct data models to the business problem at hand. /liliLeverage creative solutions, analytics, and visualization/reporting techniques to enhance knowledge and drive actionable insights that deliver ROI. /li /olh3Networking/Key Relationships /h3pIt is critical to build relationships based on trust within the organization as the function is to respond to the internal customer needs while taking into consideration the overall corporate strategy.



/ph3Minimum Knowledge Experience Required /h3pWe expect that you have experience with: /polliGood knowledge of any programming language like Python. /liliPower BI, Qlik, or other dashboarding software. /liliStatistical programming (Python/R) and experience working with popular libraries and tools such as Pandas, SciPy, Seaborn, Jupyter/iPython notebooks, R Markdown. /li /olpWe will consider it an advantage if you also have familiarity with any of the following: /polliDataOps principles. /liliAgile methodologies. /liliGit software versioning. /li /olh3Skills Capabilities /h3pWe expect you to demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and have a keen interest in understanding various business domains.
