pGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. /ppThe Client Services Associate is the first point of contact for clients and it is responsible for liaising between the Production and the Client, completing the preflight of new projects, entering projects on our accounting and project management systems, and sending projects to Production. /ppstrongPosition responsibilities: /strong /pulliRespond to client requests for new project initiatives through our centralized technology /liliCollaborate with various members of the Production team to assess the scope of work and produce cost and timeline estimates for translation projects and requests /liliInitiate all project-related work by providing detailed budget, schedule and instructions to the project team and by anticipating pitfalls or potential roadblocks to successful completion /liliEnsure that any pitfalls are addressed and resolved with the client before being submitted to the Production team /liliWhere applicable, initiate some project specifics to set the Production team/individual project up for success /liliTake a proactive role in learning about clients’ industry, business needs and company culture, educating the project team, and providing a high level of service /liliMonitor and communicate project progress, ensure strict adherence to deadlines and budgets and ultimately produce high quality deliverables /liliServe as the central point of contact for and liaison between external client contact and internal Production team members /liliSet and fulfill client expectations /liliComply with all ISO regulations,



processes and procedures /liliPotentially troubleshoot problem projects /liliInvestigate client complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions where applicable in collaboration with our Quality Assurance team /liliDiscuss issues with clients and Production team members and creatively problem solve to alleviate issues /liliComplete any other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role as assigned by a manager/supervisor /li /ulpstrongEssential skills and experience required: /strong /pulliMinimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. /liliSuperior written and spoken communication skills in English /liliExcellent problem solving and analytical skills; must be able to take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service /liliEffective time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) /liliAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and coworkers from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures /liliProactive attitude with the desire to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities /li /ulpstrongDesired skills and experience: /strong /pulli1-2 years´ professional experience in client management and/or business relationship and development, preferably in a corporate environment /liliKnowledge of or experience in the Language Services industry and familiarity with associated tools (web technologies, desktop publishing software, database and network environments, translation memory tools, etc.)
