This role focuses on designing governed, scalable agentic AI solutions that combine workflow automation, data, and AI agents to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. You will work closely with business and technology teams to define how AI agents interact with workflows, data, and human decision‑making across the enterprise. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liDesign and implement Agentic AI solutions using ServiceNow (AI agents, orchestration, workflows) /li liDefine architecture for AI‑driven workflows, including agent boundaries, approvals, and fallback mechanisms /li liEnsure governance, auditability, and control for AI‑driven actions /li liIntegrate AI solutions with enterprise workflows, data models, and systems /li liIdentify automation opportunities and translate them into scalable AI‑enabled solutions /li liMonitor and optimize AI‑driven processes to ensure business value realization /li liCollaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of ServiceNow experience, including solution design and architecture,



out of which 3 years proven experience of ServiceNow customer service management / customer success management. /li liHands‑on experience with AI‑driven solutions or workflow automation (Now Assist / AI agents preferred) /li liStrong understanding of workflow design, automation patterns, and enterprise system integration /li liExperience designing governed automation (approvals, controls, auditability) /li liSolid understanding of data models and data‑driven architecture /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills /li /ul h3Nice To Have /h3 ul liExperience with AI governance, risk, and compliance frameworks /li liExperience working in large enterprise environments /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pWe’re all about diversity.
