Report to the SC Manager and work closely with the head‑office Marketing Department to deliver integrated marketing, communications and digital strategies. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and implement the center’s annual marketing action plan in line with Group policy. /liliDesign, manage and execute marketing policy, including site‑specific events and communications. /liliBoost digital presence across websites, apps, interactive directories, Facebook, Instagram. /liliManage center communications policy with agency, adapt image and services, develop press relations and sponsorships. /liliCoordinate event operations ensuring compliance with upstream specifications. /liliContribute to the center’s positioning and develop loyalty programs and customer satisfaction metrics. /liliServe as a key contact and rallying force for shopkeepers (through GIE or Shopkeepers' Association).
