ppbSecurity Analyst – Airbus Defence and Space SAU /b /p pbLocation: /b Getafe (Madrid) /p h3Job Summary /h3 pSecure Hiring process with the aim of identifying potential threats or risk associated with new hires, ensuring that recruitments are carried out in accordance with corporate security standards and internal policies for the protection of assets, information and people. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liRaising awareness of classified information access requirements to ensure a secure and compliant hiring process. /li liResponsible for analysing candidates through open‑source information to verify their alignment with Airbus values. /li liConduct open‑source research to identify relevant information about candidates. /li liAssess candidates’ digital footprint and public online presence. /li liMonitor public and private information sources for potential threats. /li liRecommend mitigation measures where necessary. /li liIdentify and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness and compliance of the Secure Hiring. /li liEnsure all intelligence activities are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines, including data privacy and human rights. /li liCooperate with Human Resources in the Secure Hiring process. /li liSupport the continuous improvement of Secure Hiring policies, procedures and tools. /li liDeliver awareness and training sessions related to Secure Hiring. /li /ul h3Required Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Intelligence Studies, Intelligence Analysis, Security, Criminology, International Relations, Computer Engineering,



or related disciplines (Industrial / Aeronautical / Communications Engineer, ...). /li liAdditional education or certifications in Intelligence, OSINT, Cyber Intelligence or knowledge of classified information protection is considered a plus. /li liCandidate will be subjected to a NATO/National security clearance. /li /ul h3Required Experience /h3 ul liExperience in security‑related roles is desirable, particularly in protection of classified information and the application of national and international regulations. /li liExperience in intelligence and threat analysis is highly desirable, including the identification, assessment and monitoring of risk affecting people, assets, information and business operations. /li liFamiliarity with information security tools and technologies. /li liKnowledge of relevant security legislation. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liExcellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and concise reports. /li liExcellent interpersonal and leadership skills. /li liTeam spirit. /li liEnthusiastic, proactive. /li liAble to work in transnational / cross‑divisional projects. /li liExtended capacity for analysis and synthesis.
