Your potential is our inspiration. /p h3Where You’ll Make a Difference /h3 ul liAct as the site focal point for Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) performance, compliance, and lifecycle management. /li liLead the design, validation, testing, and periodic verification of SIS in alignment with IEC 61511 standards. /li liDefine, configure, maintain, and improve control system safety interlocks and automation systems. /li liSupport troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements for instrumentation and control systems. /li liContribute to electrical safety programs, including LOTO, energy isolation, arc flash management, and safe work procedures. /li liSupport and lead instrumentation and control activities for capital and continuous improvement projects. /li liParticipate in process safety activities such as HAZOPs, LOPAs, SIL assessments, and risk analyses.



/li liEnsure all control system modifications are managed through the Management of Change (MOC) process. /li liDefine and monitor KPIs related to SIS availability, instrumentation reliability, and safety compliance. /li liCollaborate with operations, maintenance, EHS, project teams, and contractors to ensure safe and efficient operations. /li /ul h3What Makes You the Right Fit /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering. /li liStrong knowledge of functional safety principles and standards, particularly IEC 61511 and SIS. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in industrial environments such as chemical, pharmaceutical, or related industries. /li liProven experience with instrumentation and control systems, including DCS and PLC platforms. /li liHands-on experience with Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), commissioning, troubleshooting, and safety-critical operations. /li liKnowledge of electrical safety practices, including arc flash and energy isolation concepts. /li liExperience with Siemens PCS7 or equivalent distributed control systems. /li liUnderstanding of process risk assessment methodologies such as HAZOP, LOPA, and SIL. /li liFamiliarity with industrial automation networks, SAP or similar ERP systems, and AutoCAD. /li liFluency in English and Spanish. /li /ul h3How Would You Stand Out? /h3 ul liDemonstrated safety leadership and strong risk awareness in manufacturing environments. /li liProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive continuous improvement. /li liStrong problem-solving,
