In this role you will help embed a robust data privacy framework across ENGIE España, ensuring GDPR and local regulations are met. You will work within a compliance-focused team to manage DPIAs, RoPA, privacy notices, and data processing agreements, while supporting audits and risk mitigation. You will advise internal stakeholders and coordinate with IT and security teams on breach response and third-party due diligence. This position offers the chance to shape privacy governance in a large, international energy group that values inclusion and sustainability. You will join a multidisciplinary team and contribute to ENGIE’s mission of a carbon-neutral economy through responsible data handling

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Support implementation and maintenance of the data protection framework
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and local data protection regulations
• Participate in internal and external audits related to data privacy
• Identify and manage risks associated with personal data processing




• Maintain and update RoPA and processor registers
• Draft and review privacy notices, DPAs, confidentiality agreements, and related docs
• Develop and update internal privacy policies and procedures
• Support DPIA execution and mitigate privacy risks
• Manage data subject requests and advise on responses
• Assist in data breach detection, analysis, and notification
• Participate in supplier/third-party data privacy assessments
• Deliver or support data protection training and promote privacy culture
• Assist the DPO with duties, xqbhyrx reports, metrics, and governance dashboards
• Support ethics, compliance, and corporate policy dissemination
• Manage and develop team members (if applicable)
• Contribute to ENGIE’s corporate culture and values
