Are you ready to help us face challenges and find solutions that get us both to the next level of excellence? /p h3What The Role Entails /h3 pThe System Manager is responsible for the ownership, stability, and continuous improvement of finance and business controlling systems across the group. The role ensures that financial processes are correctly reflected in systems, data quality is maintained, integrations work reliably, and finance teams are supported with robust, scalable system solutions. /p h3System ownership governance /h3 ul liAct as business owner for all finance‑related systems (Microsoft Business Central, ReadSoft, ExFlow, Planful, Rydoo, Finance NOD in AWS). /li liEnsure systems are configured in line with accounting, controlling, and internal control requirements. /li liMaintain system documentation, configurations, and change logs. /li /ul h3Process data management /h3 ul liTranslate finance and controlling processes into system logic (invoicing, approvals, cost allocation, reporting structures).
/li liOwn master data governance (customers, vendors, chart of accounts, cost centers, dimensions). /li liEnsure data consistency across entities, countries, and systems. /li /ul h3Change Management /h3 ul liOwn and govern finance system changes end-to-end, including impact assessment, prioritisation, stakeholder communication, testing coordination, and controlled deployment. /li liEnsure all changes are documented, approved, tested, and communicated to affected finance teams to minimise operational risk and disruption. /li /ul h3Reporting support /h3 ul liSupport month‑end and year‑end close from a system perspective. /li liEnsure data availability, correct mappings, and smooth data flows into reporting and consolidation tools. /li liTroubleshoot system‑related close issues and implement preventive solutions. /li /ul h3User access management /h3 ul liManage user roles, access rights, and segregation of duties in line with internal controls. /li liCoordinate onboarding and off‑boarding from a system access perspective. /li liSupport audits by providing system‑related documentation and evidence. /li /ul h3Integrations automation /h3 ul liOwn and monitor system integrations and interfaces (BC vs Planful vs AWS, BC vs CRM, Settlement vs BC vs AWS). /li liCoordinate automation initiatives to reduce manual work and operational risk. /li liTest and validate changes, upgrades, and new releases. /li /ul h3Issue management support /h3 ul liAct as first‑line business support for finance system issues. /li liAnalyse root causes, define workarounds, and coordinate fixes with IT and external vendors. /li liMaintain a structured ticket and issue log.
/li /ul h3Development project coordination /h3 ul liGather business requirements and translate them into system change requests. /li liCoordinate system developments with implementation partners and internal IT. /li liParticipate in system implementations, upgrades, and rollouts. /li /ul h3Training knowledge sharing /h3 ul liAct as “super user” for finance systems. /li liTrain accounting and controlling teams on system usage and process changes. /li liMaintain user guides and process documentation. /li /ul pFor you, this is more than a System Manager role in game development.
