Beyond managing payroll, compliance, and taxes, we integrate financial tools to maximise the value of every work payment, worldwide. /p pWe are expanding our global team and looking for a bPayroll Specialist /bto bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used. /p pWould you like to take on a new challenge in the field of bfinance /bin a successful, fast-growing global start-up? /p pbLocation: /bRemote /p pbSalary Range: /bFlexible /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure accurate and timely execution of payroll for assigned countries /li liPrepare and reconcile internal and external payroll reports /li liCheck payroll reports and confirm them before they are declared to legal authorities for assigned countries /li liFollow up payroll inputs from various source /li liControl employee expenses and ensure that payments are made by checking whether they comply with the legal rules of the relevant country /li liPreparing payroll backup for the invoicing processes /li liBeing open to learning about the tax and payment processes of new countries, conducts research and manages the processes /li liCorrespondence with local accountants /li liMaintain and develop professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. /li /ul h3Qualifications Requirements /h3 ul liProfessional background: Minimum 2 years of relevant Spanish payroll experience (global payroll exposure is a plus). Knowledge of payroll best practices. /li liEducation: Knowledge of economics, accounting and other financial concepts. /li liTechnical skills:
