In this role, you’ll own the design process from concept to delivery, helping transform complex requirements into intuitive experiences across web and mobile platforms. /ppYou’ll work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Analysts, and other Designers to create products that balance user needs, business goals, and technical requirements. Your mission will be to make complex things simple, accessible, and enjoyable to use. /ph3PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliCollaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Analysts, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals. /liliLead the full design process, from discovery and ideation to final delivery and ongoing improvements. /liliCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile products. /liliTranslate complex requirements into simple, scalable, and user-centered solutions. /liliWork closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently. /liliContribute to the evolution and maintenance of the design system across multiple platforms. /liliApply UX best practices and accessibility principles to deliver high-quality user experiences. /liliParticipate in design reviews, share feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of design quality within the team. /liliBalance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints when making design decisions. /li /ulh3KNOWLEDGE SKILLS /h3ulli4+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong focus on mobile applications (iOS and Android).
