/li liMonitor and challenge project pipelines across in-house developments, while supporting the assessment of MA and co-development opportunities from a strategic and commercial perspective. /li /ul pbEmployment type: /b Full-Time /p pbWork site: /b Hybrid Model /p h3What are we looking for: /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering or similar, with a strong academic record. /li liPreferably 1–2 years of working experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business development, energy, infrastructure, finance or project-based roles; candidates with no work experience can also be considered based on outstanding academic and non-academic CV. /li liFluent Spanish and English, spoken and written; Portuguese is a strong advantage /li liStrong ownership, attention to detail; good problem-solving skills, critical and constructive thinking. /li liAdvanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities; ability to use AI to improve productivity and quality of work. /li liGood interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. /li /ul pMore than academic knowledge and technical skills,
