/p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liLead the Second Line of Defense risk oversight and independent challenge across Getnet Platforms. /li liAdvise executive business and technology stakeholders, embedding risk considerations into strategic planning and business transformation initiatives. /li liOversee independent risk assessments for transformations, migrations, partnerships, product launches and other strategic initiatives. /li liMaintain an enterprise-wide view of the risk profile, identifying emerging risks, concentrations and interdependencies and forward‑looking trends. /li liConsolidate insights from Technology, Cybersecurity, Financial Crime, Regulatory Compliance, Third‑Party and Operational Risk to provide an integrated view of the Payments risk profile. /li liCoordinate complex cross‑functional risk initiatives and oversee action plans arising from risk reviews, regulatory engagements and assurance activities. /li liRepresent Risk Compliance in executive governance forums, providing balanced, independent and pragmatic risk opinions. /li liStrengthen the risk framework, governance, reporting, oversight practices and risk culture in line with business growth and regulatory expectations. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 pWe are in search of a Payments Risk Director to join our team in Madrid, with the following qualifications and background: /p h3Professional Experience /h3 ul li10+ years of experience in Risk Management or related control functions within the payments, banking or financial services industry. /li liExtensive experience working across the payments ecosystem,
