ph3Primary Duties: /h3 ul liManaging and processing orders. /li liReviewing managing contracts data in our ERP system and monitoring they are following company policies. /li liProcessing data for new orders and order modifications. /li liCreate billing invoices and credit notes. /li liPreparing sending indexation renewal letters to customers. /li liRequesting guarantees for the placed orders. /li liCompleting commercial correspondence and supporting project managers with order related matters. /li liCommunication verbally and in writing in English and Dutch or French or German or Italian. /li liBe the first point of contact for contractual questions from our customers. /li liChecking contracts and approvals in our CRM tool. /li liSupport and manage dispute resolution. /li liCommunicating proactively with clients. /li liRun calculations for customer offers. /li /ul h3Job Requirements: /h3 h3Required: /h3 ul liFluency in English and Spanish /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /li liAbility to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. /li liExcellent proficiency with MS Office suite. /li liEffective time management, in order to meet deadlines. /li liA positive attitude and ability to provide an excellent customer service. /li liAbility to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion.
