/liliEnsure data accuracy — Maintain high data integrity through accurate and timely updates in all operational systems. /liliResolve service issues — Identify, escalation and resolve service failures, delays, and exceptions to minimize customer impact. /liliMonitor equipment flows — Track idle containers, demurrage risks, and detention exposure, taking proactive measures to avoid additional costs. /liliOptimize inland costs — Implement methods to reduce intermodal, positioning, and storage costs while maintaining service quality. /liliPrepare documentation — Ensure all operational and regulatory documents are completed accurately and submitted on time. /liliSupport customer experience — Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding inland operations, providing timely updates and solutions. /liliCollaborate cross‑functionally — Work closely with commercial, customer service, and finance teams to support customer retention and operational performance. /liliGenerate reports — Produce daily/weekly operational reports and KPIs as required by the Team Leader or Manager. /li /ulh3What We Are Looking For /h3ulliLogistics knowledge — Solid understanding of inland transportation, container flows, and intermodal operations. /liliCommunication skills — Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers and operational partners. /liliCustomer‑centric mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
