Evaluate their potential to enhance data-driven decision‑making and improve customer experiences across products and services. /p h3Identify Opportunities and Use Cases /h3 pCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business goals and challenges. Help identify and prioritize opportunities to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth. /p h3Drive Integrated Solution Development /h3 pWork closely with stakeholders, external partners, and development teams to design and implement solutions. Manage user stories in Jira, monitor team performance, and drive agile improvements.



Lead the implementation of system integrations while ensuring solutions meet standards for cybersecurity, scalability, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness. /p h3Quality and Governance /h3 pMonitor product OKRs, assess impact, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. /p h3Engage Stakeholders Effectively /h3 pMaintain open and transparent communication with key stakeholders. Ensure solutions align with business needs, communicate progress and insights, and identify opportunities for further optimization. /p h3Act as a Technical Authority /h3 pServe as a technical reference point for system architecture and integration strategy.
