ppAt SEK Catalunya International School, we are looking for a PYP Teacher to cover a temporary position starting in August 2026. /ph3Mission /h3pEmpowering students to become proficient communicators, critical thinkers, and lifelong learners through the exploration of inquiry-based learning experiences that foster curiosity, creativity, and general-mindedness. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and implement teaching plans for the transdisciplinary and disciplinary units. /liliAttend department meetings and participate in collaborative planning sessions. /liliTake part in standardizing assessment tasks. /liliContribute to curriculum research and improvement. /liliStay updated on the PYP Scope and Sequence. /liliCommunicate students' progress to parents. /liliAttend school activities such as festivals and Open Days. /li /ulh3Pedagogical Competencies /h3ulliPlan effective classes and teaching sequences. /liliAdapt teaching to the individual needs of students. /liliUtilize various teaching methods and educational resources. /liliAssess student progress and provide constructive feedback. /li /ulh3Interpersonal Competencies /h3ulliMotivate and maintain students' interest.
