You will manage the system as a bproduct /b, ensuring it delivers consistency, scalability, and real value for teams building B2B, B2C, and B2O digital experiences. /p pYou will combine bhands-on system design /b with bgovernance, enablement, and advocacy /b, working closely with engineering and product partners to scale the system across the organisation. /p h3Design System construction evolution /h3 ul liLead the design and evolution of a scalable Design System, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and usability. /li liPartner closely with a Front-End Lead to define and maintain strong design and technical foundations. /li liOwn and maintain design tokens, ensuring all components are token-driven. /li liOversee the delivery and evolution of a growing component library (currently ~30 components). /li liGuide the system through maturity phases, including process consolidation, ritualisation, and the development of more complex components and patterns. /li liContribute to the evolution of the system towards a multi-brand setup, supporting future brand variations. /li /ul h3Design System management governance /h3 ul liOwn the Design System roadmap, prioritisation, and overall quality as a product. /li liDefine and operate a centralised governance model with a light federated contribution layer. /li liManage a staging environment where components from different product teams are reviewed before being promoted to the core system. /li liReview contributions regularly to assess maturity, scalability, and alignment with system standards. /li liEnsure governance remains lightweight, pragmatic, and easy to adopt, avoiding unnecessary complexity. /li /ul h3Enablement, advocacy communication /h3 ul liAct as an ambassador for the Design System across design, engineering, and product teams.



/li liMaintain regular communication with Product Managers to provide visibility on progress, capacity, and priorities. /li liEnsure coherence and alignment across multiple product scopes (B2B, B2C, B2O). /li liOrganise and facilitate weekly Design System Office Hours, including: system updates, workshops or training sessions, design reviews and peer feedback, hands-on support for real product use cases. /li liSupport teams by clarifying UX, UI, and technical decisions and helping them adopt the system effectively. /li /ul h3How you’ll work: /h3 ul liYou’ll be part of a small, dedicated Design System core team, working closely with front-end engineers and contributors embedded in product teams. /li liDesigners are embedded in product squads, while you remain fully focused on the Design System. /li liYou may occasionally participate in design reviews across teams to ensure consistency and alignment. /li liCollaboration models (Design × Tech × PM) are adaptable and adapted to the maturity of each product line. /li /ul h3Tools tech: /h3 ul liDesign documentation: Figma, Notion /li liProduct planning: Notion (roadmap, tasks, documentation, contributions) /li liFront-end stack: React, Chakra UI /li liJIRA is not used for Design System product management. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liStrong experience working on Design Systems, UI systems, or platform design. /li liProven ability to manage a Design System as a product, balancing long-term vision and short-term delivery. /li liSolid understanding of front-end development and close collaboration with engineering teams. /li liExperience defining and operating governance and contribution models. /li liExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. /li liComfortable working in complex, multi-product and multi-brand environments. /li liPragmatic mindset with a focus on simplicity, scalability, and adoption. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience with multi-brand design systems /li liExperience in large organisations or scaled product environments /li liFamiliarity with design tokens and theming strategies /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
