Our team is committed to driving continuous improvement through various programs and initiatives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liTechnical platform ownership of Time Absence solutions. /li liStrategic alignment on the technology solutions deployed across the business units for the above modules. /li liTechnology solutioning, technical evaluations of best of the breed solutions available on the market. /li liUnderstand business requirements, perform POCs and implement solutions. /li liWork closely with product owner, technical platform owner and architects to align on roadmaps and solutions. /li liImplement, update and deploy new integrations or update existing integrations. /li liEngage with vendors on product issues and solutions. /li liCollaborate with other product teams on end-to-end impact of features. /li liEngage in troubleshooting and issue resolution. /li /ul h3What qualifications will make you successful for this role? /h3 h3Required /h3 ul liMinimum of 5 years of experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and Dell Boomi. /li liUnderstanding of Dell Boomi architecture and experience with Dell Boomi integrations. /li liExpertise with one or more modules of UKG Pro WFM - Time Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, Advance Scheduling.
