Job Description Key responsibilities include: Leading the overall operational performance of the resort and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Managing and developing a multidisciplinary team across hospitality, food & beverage, housekeeping, maintenance and facilities. Driving guest and member satisfaction through best-in-class service standards. Overseeing a multi-outlet food & beverage operation, including restaurant services, events and catering activities. Working closely with the Executive Chef to continuously enhance the culinary offering. Developing operational procedures, service standards and quality assurance initiatives. Collaborating closely with the CEO on strategic projects and business development initiatives. Managing operational budgets and monitoring key performance indicators. Building strong relationships with members, guests and key stakeholders. Leading by example and fostering a culture of excellence,



engagement and continuous improvement. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will bring a strong operational background within luxury hospitality environments and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams whilst maintaining exceptional service standards. Key requirements include: Significant experience as Consolidated Director of F&B;, Director of Operations, Hotel Manager, Executive Assistant Manager or a similar senior leadership position with a strong F&B; Background Strong luxury hospitality background gained within internationally recognised hotels, resorts, private clubs or lifestyle organisations. Extensive exposure to Food & Beverage operations, including premium dining concepts and high-end events. Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary operational teams. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and develop teams. Highly guest-centric mindset with outstanding attention to detail. Fluent English and Spanish is essential;
additional languages will be considered an advantage.
