ph3Job Overview /h3 pAs Project Supply Manager you will represent the entire Procurement organization in front of Programmes, and represent Programmes in front of Procurement. You will capture and provide Programme needs toward Procurement, consolidate Procurement action plan and deliverables by respecting milestones and delivering on time, on cost and on quality for supplied products and/or services, and consolidate dashboard toward Programmes. /p h3Accountabilities /h3 ul liEnsure coherence between Programmes and Procurement matters and define the appropriate procurement approach. /li liOrganise the tender evaluation and supplier selection/negotiation process according to sourcing strategies and project constraints. /li liCoordinate the Supply Management functions supporting the proposal (Procurement Contract Management, Commodity Management, Supply Chain Quality Management, Supplier Development Management). /li liEnsure procurement processes are correctly and consistently applied. /li liPrepare and submit a cost brochure detailing Supply Management commitments (products prices plus procurement effort) within a Product Line / Project when appointed. /li liAct as focal point for all product procurement / purchase matters on the Product Line / Project. /li liAccountable for OQ OT OC delivery of products and related documentation services. /li liCoordinate the Supply Management functions (Commodity Management, Supply Chain Quality Management, Supplier Development Management). /li liBe the project preferred interface to the organisation. /li liEnsure that purchasing processes are correctly and consistently applied. /li liFacilitate the exchange of information and lessons learned between projects. /li liIssue a consolidated Supply Management report to the Project / Product Line (hardware cost, TCO including non‑quality cost, OQ / OT metrics, issues, risks opportunities).
