As a Business Solutions Program Manager, you enable Fever to scale by shaping strategic initiatives and building in-house tools. You partner with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency, lead AI strategy development, and manage change across 50+ countries. You own end‑to‑end tool development and audit business processes to drive performance. This role puts you at the intersection of operations, technology, and global growth, offering meaningful impact on Fever’s mission to expand access to live entertainment.

Responsabilidades
• Master in Engineering
• 5+ years in Strategy/Operations Consulting, Start-up/Scale-up Strategy, or Corporate Transformation
• Proficiency with AI coding tools to rapidly prototype internal tools
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and xqbhyrx data‑driven decision‑making abilities
• Detail‑oriented with ability to review processes and drive improvements
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional contexts
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
