This role blends deep technical expertise with a strong product vision, ensuring market, technology, and regulatory requirements are transformed into commercially successful and technically robust solutions. /p h3bKey responsibilities /b /h3 ul liDefine and manage product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for IoT devices /li liTranslate market and customer needs into technical specifications and features /li liPrioritize development tasks in alignment with Engineering and Management /li liCoordinate new developments with Lead Engineer and System Integration Engineer /li liSupport cross-product topics such as sensor technology and platform strategy /li liCreate and maintain product requirement documents (PRD, specifications) /li liEvaluate technical concepts, design variants, and supplier solutions /li liOversee certification and testing activities (e.g., ATEX, EMC) /li liMonitor product performance, field feedback, and quality metrics /li liDrive product improvements and redesigns based on data and insights /li liAct as a key interface to Sales, Marketing, and Operations for market readiness /li /ul h3bQualifications /b /h3 ul liDegree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or similar /li li5+ years in technical product management, engineering, or IoT/industrial product development /li liStrong understanding of electronics, sensors, firmware, and mechanics /li liExperience with product roadmaps, requirements management, and development processes /li liKnowledge of standards, certifications, and quality management (ATEX, CE, EMC)
