Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business and HR. /p /brpWe’ll look to you for: /p /brul /brliLook after the end to end recruitment process : /li /brliPartnership with Business Hiring Managers and HR in order to identify necesities and review the scope of the roles. /li /brliJob posting and job specification revision for external and internal advertisements on LinkedIn and on ALSTOM job web. /li /brliSourcing and headhunting actively on the main job platforms. /li /brliAssess potential candidates during screening calls and job interviews. /li /brliElaborate candidate reports for Hiring Managers and HR. /li /brliHandle all TA platforms to ensure the completion of the recruitment process at all stages. /li /br /ul /brh3All about you /h3 /brpWe value passion and attitude over experience.
