Thomson Reuters is looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to work with integral clients and lead the implementation of ONESOURCE Pagero, our e‑invoicing compliance software, with their systems. /p h3About the Role /h3 ul liAct as a specialist in a large, cross‑functional software implementation team that specializes in e‑invoicing solutions. /li liWork directly with global clients to understand their ONESOURCE Pagero implementation requirements. You will run product demonstrations, deliver end‑user and super‑user training, and configure the software to meet their requirements. /li liUse your analytical, project management and problem‑solving skills to test client software implementations. /li liTroubleshoot issues and ensure that project plans are running to the required timelines and within budget. /li liResolve customer support issues by working with clients directly and collaborating with internal teams such as product, sales, and support on a range of pre‑sales software demos, and prospectively scoping client needs. /li liDesign, develop, and document project deliverables according to timelines and budgets. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liAn interest in software and how it is implemented and configured at a range of global institutions. /li liAn understanding of basic coding with the desire to learn and develop your skills within a software setting. /li liAn analytical mindset. You may have gained this through your academic studies or wider interest in coding,
