In this role you lead the global People Relations u0026amp; Compliance CoE, directing Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and HR Compliance to deliver consistent, business-aligned practices. You partner with senior leaders to manage high-risk cases, strengthen compliance, and drive proactive risk mitigation at scale. You will shape the operating model, governance, and processes, leveraging data, AI, and automation to improve efficiency. This is a strategic, cross-functional leadership role with a focus on transformation and impact across the organization.

• Lead ER, LR, and HR Compliance pillars under a unified CoE model
• Drive PRC transformation, governance, and RACI across global, regional, and business-aligned teams
• Standardize policies, processes, and tools with general consistency and local flexibility
• Resolve complex, high-risk escalation cases in collaboration with Legal and executives
• Advise senior executives on people risk, compliance, and organizational decisions
• Clarify ownership and improve delivery effectiveness between PRC, HRBPs, and stakeholders
• Coordinate with CoEs to deliver integrated people initiatives

• Leverage AI, automation, and data-driven insights to elevate function and decision-making
• Drive proactive, forward-looking risk and compliance management

Responsabilidades
• Global leadership experience in a matrixed organization
• Extensive ER/LR/Compliance leadership experience
• Proven track record managing senior executive escalations and high-risk cases
• Strong compliance and legal acumen with regulatory interpretation
• Deep expertise in labor relations including collective bargaining
• Experience in CoE models and cross-functional coordination
• Strategic and operational capabilities balancing governance with execution
• Change management and transformational leadership at scale
• Discretion and strict confidentiality
• Excellent communication and relationship-building at executive levels
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR functions
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (as specified)
