Reporting to the Finance Leadership Team,



the Finance Process & Systems Manager will be responsible for driving the optimisation of finance processes, system integrations and financial data flows across the organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
Analyse, document and improve end-to-end finance processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report.
Ensure financial reporting requirements are embedded in finance processes and supporting systems.
Identify opportunities to improve financial data quality, consistency and reporting accuracy.
Support the development and implementation of standardised finance procedures across international operations.
Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to manage integrations between operational platforms and ERP systems.
