This role is critical in helping the team standardize policy language across multiple clients and ensure clarity in policy application during claims handling. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct in-depth reviews of insurance policies across various clients. /li liSummarize policy conditions in a structured format to support claims processing and identify opportunities for standardization. /li liProvide legal interpretation and guidance on policy wording and application. /li liMaintain a repository of standardized policy summaries for internal use. /li liCollaborate closely with the Operations Manager to align policy insights with operational strategy. /li liSupport the development of product clusters by identifying commonalities in policy structures. /li liResearch and resolve moderately complex contract or remittance issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. /li liCoordinate with internal teams (IT, Account Management, Claims) to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. /li liEnsure accuracy in data entry and documentation for policy and contract adjustments. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in law or related field (required). /li liExperience in insurance, legal review, or claims operations is highly desirable. /li liStrong analytical and organizational skills. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). /liliAbility to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
