ppCrane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our client's logistics challenges. /ppThe Air Freight Operations Specialist manages air freight shipments, coordinates with airlines and internal teams, ensures documentation accuracy, and monitors the shipment process to guarantee efficient and timely delivery. /ph3Essential Job Functions /h3ulliPrepare documentation and carry out import/export operations (customs instructions, bookings with airlines, organizing collections with carriers, etc.). /liliTrack shipments as necessary to ensure proper movement and delivery. /liliHandle client billing and validate supplier invoices. /liliCommunicate with clients regarding shipment management (e.g., tracking, routing and clearance, and rate quotations). /liliCommunicate and coordinate with other company branches and agents to ensure customer satisfaction and excellent service. /liliPerform other duties as assigned. /li /ulpThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
