ppReporting to the Quality Director, the Supplier Quality Specialist ensures the quality and reliability of high‑quality packaging components by developing, strengthening and monitoring the performance of external suppliers. The role contributes to the company’s Quality Assurance strategy through cross‑functional collaboration, supplier governance and continuous improvement initiatives, reinforcing a consistent quality culture across the organization. /p pWe welcome Creators Of All Kinds. /p h3What you'll get to do /h3 ul liLead the quality oversight of packaging suppliers ensuring compliance with specifications, standards and cosmetic industry requirements. /li liPlan and execute supplier audits (qualification, process, GMP and follow‑up), identifying risks, documenting findings and driving action plans to closure. /li liOwn the full lifecycle of non‑conformities: opening, investigation, supplier follow‑up, verification of corrective actions and formal closure. /li liMonitor supplier performance through KPIs, defect trends and recurring issues, proactively identifying opportunities for quality and process improvement. /li liCollaborate with suppliers to strengthen their control plans, testing methods, defect detection systems and preventive quality practices. /li liProvide technical support on packaging issues in collaboration with Development, Procurement, Operations and external manufacturing partners. /li liParticipate in new product launches, ensuring suppliers meet validation, testing and documentation requirements before production start. /li liDrive continuous improvement by proposing process enhancements, best practices and risk‑mitigation initiatives across the supplier base. /li liMaintain and update all relevant quality documentation, including audit reports, CAPAs, Supplier Quality Plans and GMP requirements.



/li liConduct regular on‑site visits to suppliers to review progress, verify corrective actions and ensure manufacturing processes remain robust and compliant. /li /ul h3We'd love to meet you if you have /h3 h3Experience /h3 ul li3–5 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance, or Quality Engineering within cosmetics, packaging, or other highly demanding industries such as automotive or pharmaceuticals. /li liExperience with packaging components and/or industrial processes. /li liProven experience in supplier audits, non‑conformity management, SCARs, root cause analysis and CAPA implementation. /li liCross‑functional collaboration with RD, Procurement, Manufacturing and external suppliers. /li liFamiliarity with GMP, process control and digital quality systems (SAP QM or similar). /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Materials, Mechanical) or other technical/scientific disciplines relevant to packaging or manufacturing processes. /li liDegrees in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Quality Management are also suitable when combined with experience in packaging or supplier quality. /li liA Master’s degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering or Operations is a plus. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liSpanish (mandatory) /li liEnglish (mandatory) /li liFrench (desirable) /li /ul h3Competencies /h3 ul liStrong cross‑functional mindset with an end‑to‑end view of processes, collaborating effectively with RD,



Procurement, Operations and Suppliers. /li liAnalytical and improvement‑driven, able to interpret data, identify root causes and drive corrective/preventive actions. /li liAdaptable and agile, comfortable working in dynamic environments and organizational change. /li liExcellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary and international teams. /li liHigh level of organization, process discipline and attention to detail. /li liProactive, autonomous and accountable, capable of leading quality activities with ownership and initiative. /li liAbility to implement and support new tools, processes and quality standards across the supplier base. /li /ul h3Specific Knowledge required /h3 ul liTechnical knowledge of packaging materials (glass, plastic, metal, pumps, decorated parts, folding box labels) including manufacturing processes (molding, forming, injection, printing, gluing, die‑cutting) and typical defectology for each material type. /li liExperience in supplier audits and quality tools (Root Cause Analysis, 8D, FMEA, Control Plans, Sampling Plans – ISO 2859, ISO22716, ISO9001) applied specifically to packaging components. /li liStrong understanding of GMP requirements for cosmetic / packaging suppliers, including hygiene standards and contamination prevention. /li liProficiency with SAP QM and digital quality systems, including master data, inspection plans, quality notifications. /li /ul h3A few things you'll love about us /h3 ul liAn entrepreneurial, creative and welcoming work culture /li liA range of learning and development opportunities /li liAn international company with plenty of opportunities to grow /li liA competitive compensation benefits package /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
