ppAt K-LAGAN, we're waiting for you so we can continue growing together! /p h3About the role /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced bIT Project Manager / Test Manager /b to lead the delivery of technology projects while ensuring software quality throughout the project lifecycle. /p pIn this role, you will coordinate cross-functional technical teams, manage project planning, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communication, while also overseeing testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect management, and quality assurance. /p pThis is an excellent opportunity to join an international environment where you will contribute to innovative IT projects, combining project leadership with hands-on test management responsibilities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead IT projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring scope, quality, timeline, and budget objectives are achieved. /li liCoordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, assigning priorities and monitoring project progress. /li liManage project planning, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions. /li liAct as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular project status updates. /li liControl project costs, resources, and delivery KPIs. /li liEnsure effective communication between business and technical teams. /li liDefine, develop, and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test suites. /li liCreate, execute, and review manual test cases while supporting automated testing initiatives. /li liTrack, prioritize, and manage software defects throughout the development lifecycle. /li liWork closely with development teams to ensure quality standards are met before releases. /li liUse Azure DevOps (preferred) or similar test management tools to manage testing activities and reporting.
