ph3Job Description /h3 pWe are seeking a full‑time Solutions Consultant to join the Barcelona Services team, reporting to the Regional Services Manager. The role involves designing and executing implementations of Aucerna solutions for clients, and providing ongoing support for deployed solutions. The consultant will act as the technical face of the organization, establishing trust with clients and ensuring high quality work and client satisfaction. /p pLocation: Barcelona. Domestic and international travel within EMEA is required. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liParticipate as a member of the Barcelona Services team, from understanding clients’ business requirements to implementation of Aucerna’s solutions, following the company’s project and program management methodology. /li liWork in a team with the Project Manager to keep the project on schedule and budget by communicating progress, expectations, and escalating issues. /li liPerform software implementations at leading oil and gas companies. /li liDeliver projects in support of overall program goals and deliverables. /li liEnsure that clients’ needs are met by providing professional high‑quality service before, during, and after customer requirements are fulfilled. /li liSupport clients through the go‑live process and play a key role in promoting solution adoption. /li liCommunicate project deliverables proactively, managing expectations and presenting to stakeholders and sponsors. /li liResolve challenging technical support questions related to the solution suite. /li liCollaborate effectively across internal departments (product development, solutions architects, quality assurance, sales, marketing). /li liProvide solution training to clients and employees. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree,
preferably in a technical or business discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Economics). /li liSoftware implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support. /li liStrong technical skills with the ability to think through details without losing sight of the big picture. /li liExperience with consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, and process mapping. /li liKnowledge of the upstream oil and gas industry preferred. /li liAbility to communicate effectively in English. /li liAnalytical nature with the ability to solve complex business process challenges. /li liAbility to work effectively with cross‑functional and integral teams. /li liGood verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to build effective internal and customer relationships. /li liAbility to learn and master new technologies. /li liDetail oriented and customer focused. /li liSoftware implementation background or experience working for a software company. /li liExperience in Oil Gas Upstream Planning, Reserves Management and/or Economics. /li liAbility to develop trust with clients, including technical staff and management. /li /ul h3Other /h3 ul liWilling to travel nationally and internationally, up to 40% at times, providing on‑site consulting work to clients when required. /li liIntensive (60%–70%) travel time to Russia may be required during the first 2 years. /li liEligible to work in the United Kingdom. /li /ul h3What Aucerna Can Offer You /h3 ul liA culture of diverse, global teams who thrive on collaboration and client service. /li liSupport, coaching, and on‑the‑job development to achieve career success. /li liOpportunity to work with small, medium, and large Oil Gas companies across EMEA. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
