/liliCreate and deliver strategic sales and marketing initiatives suited to market trends /liliDeliver an exceptional customer experience and instil customer-centric values in the team /liliEnsure compliance with operational SOPs and continuously contribute to process improvements /liliResponsibility for stock take and ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained for the city at all times to support effective daily operations /liliLabour spend and roster management /liliEnsure compliance with health and safety guidelines and safety audits /li /ululliRelevant Diploma or Degree in Business Management or similar (retail, operations). /lili2 years+ experience in an operations management position, retail management position or similar. /liliManagement experience leading a team. /liliDemonstrated experience in sales or marketing. /liliHands on operator with a strong on-floor presence who gets things done. /liliOwnership mentality. No job is too big or too small. /liliSelf-starter. Excited by a growth environment and willing to try new strategies while keeping the focus on achieving results. /liliAgility.
