As an IT Solutions Architect at BASF Digital Hub Madrid, you will lead authorization governance across business processes and downstream systems. You will design authorization frameworks, guide integral teams, and ensure compliant, effective access control in a digitally transforming organization. You’ll work within a cross-functional, agile setup to enable secure, scalable digital solutions for BASF Agricultural Solutions. This role offers impact on processes, governance, and security at scale in an international team.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Act as the central authority for authorization and ensure cross-organizational communication
• Drive authorization initiatives with global process owners and teams
• Provide expert guidance as Single Point of Contact for authorization policies and standards
• Review and approve exceptions to authorization processes with proper documentation
• Coordinate authorization testing with functional teams, SIT, and UAT
• Design tailored authorization frameworks for business users and functions
• Conduct audits of authorization frameworks and monitor effectiveness with actionable reports
Responsabilidades
• Technical University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or similar
• Minimum 2 years as IT Solutions Architect focusing on Business Process Authorizations
• Proven leadership in agile organizations
• Solid project delivery experience
• Experience in digital organizations and digital transformation initiatives
• Ability to translate business processes into xqbhyrx authorization concepts for downstream systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, system integration, and consulting methodologies
• Excellent English communication skills
