You should be able to understand and handle different styles of animation and bring them to the highest artistic and technical level. As a senior, you must help and push the team, being an example to others and showing strong consistency throughout your work. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCreate animations at the highest artistic and technical level. /li liWork closely with the Director, Supervisor and Leads in a team environment. /li liCollaborate and propose genuine and unique acting or movement for each assignment in alignment with the story and context. /li liPlan own assignments to reach deadlines, considering interaction with Director, Supervisors and Leads. /li liKeep characters in model and respect the design of the production.



/li liBe open to professional feedback and possible changes in direction during the animation process. /li liStay up on current artistic methodologies and technology trends and tools that best suit the production. /li liWork together with the team, providing support, guidance and instruction to contribute to their artistic and professional growth. /li liFollow the Supervisor’s and Lead's guidance. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years in VFX or animation industries. /li li3+ years in the animation industry. /li liStrong artistic and/or technical aptitude related to 3D animation is a must. /li liDrawing skills are desirable. /li liHigh English level desirable. /li liSpanish desirable. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
