The Group HR (CB) Strategy Trainee will be a key member of the Group HR team, reporting to the managers of the team to ensure adequate and consistent implementation of international projects. /p pThe successful candidate will work with the HR members from all countries where the company operates (18 countries across Europe and Latam), to make sure the company is operating consistently and implementing the defined engagements across different geographies.
