claims and project changes /li liBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders /li liActing as the key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues /li liResponsible for HVDC activities in Spain with fiduciary delegation to act as managerial focal point within HE entity in Spain including operations and site development /li liOverseeing HVDC activities within the local structure, certifying that the area of responsibility is properly organized, skilled and staffed as per its needs /li liDelivering operational/project targets to ensure customer satisfaction as well as compliance with local regulations /li liEnsuring the achievement of established targets through sufficient regular oversight and creating a definition of actions for improvement where applicable /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent /li liProven experience managing large EPC projects in the energy or industrial sector /li liSkilled in navigating complex contractual setups with clients and partners /li liStrong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple teams /li liInfluential communicator with leadership presence /liliFluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken /li liFinancial acumen and commercial awareness /li liFamiliar with risk, schedule, and change management /li liProactive mindset with a focus on results and collaboration /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
