He/She will be play a critical role in managing and optimizing company’s network infrastructure. /p h3Working Experience /h3 ul li3–5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or a similar role. This includes experience in designing and managing enterprise networks (LAN/WAN), configuring network equipment. /li liExcellent at diagnosing and resolving complex network issues quickly and under pressure. /li liStrong understanding of networking protocols and systems. Proficient with TCP/IP, routing (e.g., OSPF, BGP) and switching (VLANs, STP), and experienced with enterprise network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, APs). /li liHands-on experience with network security devices and concepts. /li liKnowledge of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks. /li liExperience working in a multi-national environment or on international teams. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills. /li liTeam-oriented attitude. /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage Network Architecture Topology Design: Plan and develop the network’s structure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) to meet business needs, ensuring the design is scalable, secure, and well-documented. /li liNetwork Hardware Management: Install, configure, and maintain network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, access points) in the office and data center, keeping all equipment updated and running optimally. /li liPerformance Monitoring QoS: Use network monitoring tools to track performance and reliability. Implement Quality of Service policies to prioritize critical traffic, so important data (e.g., voice or video) isn’t delayed or dropped during congestion. /li liVLAN Configuration Segmentation: Set up and manage Virtual LANs to segment network traffic for security and efficiency. /li liConnectivity Redundancy:



Implement redundant links and failover paths to achieve high availability ensuring the network stays up even if a primary connection or device fails. /li liITIL-Compliant Operations: Follow ITIL processes for network changes and incidents. /li liCross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams (cloud, security, workplace) and vendors/partners. Provide network support in projects (such as new software rollouts or office expansions) and ensure external providers meet agreed service levels. /li liDocumentation Policy: Maintain up-to-date network documentation, including diagrams, device configurations, IP address inventories, and failover procedures. Develop standard operating procedures for routine tasks and troubleshooting, to facilitate knowledge sharing and consistency. /li liContinuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate the network setup for improvements. Stay informed about new networking technologies (SD-WAN, Wi-Fi 6/7, automation tools) and propose upgrades or optimizations that enhance performance, security, or efficiency. /li liManagement Advisement: Provide recommendations to IT leadership on network capacity planning, infrastructure investments, and design improvements. /li liSecurity Compliance: Work with the information security team to safeguard the network (ensure firewall rules, VPN access, and intrusion prevention systems are effective). Ensure all network activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations (e.g., data protection laws). /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liSpanish: At least B2 /li liEnglish: At least C1 /li /ul h3Job location /h3 pTres Cantos (Madrid).
