In this role you will coordinate purchasing activities, manage supplier relationships and negotiations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient procurement operations. /ppOur Finance team keeps us on track and moving forward, turning numbers into insights that fuel smarter decisions across the company. If you love making sense of complexity and want your work to have a real impact, you’ll love it here. /ph3What you’ll do /h3ulliCoordinate purchasing requests for Marketing and HR, ensuring timely and efficient procurement. /liliCreate and manage Purchase Orders in Oracle NetSuite, maintaining accurate documentation and compliance. /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, supporting negotiations on pricing and commercial terms. /liliPartner with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Accounting to align budgets, validate invoices, and ensure on‑time deliveries. /liliAnalyze purchasing data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve procurement processes. /liliEnsure compliance with procurement policies and support contract and supplier documentation management.
