Our Cybersecurity practice in Iberia brings together a top-tier team and a Tier 1 client portfolio, establishing us as a market-leading provider in the region. /p h3The Role /h3 pThe Security Lead for Health Public Service (HPS) is a senior leadership position with direct ownership of the growth, profitability and market positioning of the Cybersecurity practice across the Healthcare and Public Sector industries in Spain and Portugal. /p pReporting directly to the HPS division leadership, this role combines commercial acumen, delivery excellence and people leadership in a high-complexity, high-impact environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Practice Leadership PL /h3 ul liFull ownership of the HPS Cybersecurity practice: strategy, pipeline, backlog and financial performance. /li liDirect leadership of a team of 10 professionals, fostering talent development, a culture of excellence and retention. /li liDefinition and execution of the annual business plan: growth targets, new capabilities and service expansion. /li /ul h3Business Development Client Relationships /h3 ul liBuilding and nurturing strategic relationships with CISOs, CIOs and Senior Directors at major healthcare organisations and public administrations. /li liEnd-to-end ownership of the commercial process: opportunity identification, proposal development, negotiation and deal closure. /li liPositioning Accenture as the go-to Cybersecurity provider for the HPS sector in Iberia. /li /ul h3Delivery Quality /h3 ul liOverseeing project delivery to ensure quality, timelines and client satisfaction are consistently met. /li liIntegrating Accenture's integral capabilities — threat intelligence, security operations centres, AI-powered cybersecurity — into locally tailored solutions.



/li liRisk management and proactive senior stakeholder communication during crises or critical security incidents. /li /ul h3Thought Leadership Market Presence /h3 ul liRepresenting Accenture at industry forums, sector events and before regulatory bodies (ENS, NIS2, GDPR applied to health). /li liActively contributing to proprietary points of view, publications and market positioning initiatives. /li /ul h3Experience Education /h3 ul li12+ years of experience in Cybersecurity and/or strategic security consulting. /li liProven track record of senior leadership at top-tier firms (Big Four, strategy consultancies, leading system integrators or major technology vendors). /li liPrior experience managing teams and PL responsibilities within professional services environments. /li liUniversity degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related field.
