Due tothe continued success and expansion of our business in Spain we are currently recruiting for an experiencedbProject Manager /bbto join our team in Madrid. /b /p pWith a market leading client base and the opportunity to take the lead on strategic commissions and high-profile projects, this is an exciting time to join the business unit and grow a career with Turner Townsend. /p pResponsibilities: /p ul liLead the project team on a daily basis and coordinate all team activities. /li liBe responsible for achieving both client objectives and Turner Townsend project delivery standards.
/li liPropose and define the project development strategy in coordination with the Client and the Project Director. /li liIdentify and implement any project-specific procedures required for successful delivery. /li liAct as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining continuous communication regarding project progress and key developments. /li liEstablish and manage communication channels with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders. /li liEnsure compliance with Turner Townsend’s Quality Management System throughout the project lifecycle. /li liBe responsible for defining, monitoring, and controlling the project cost plan and project schedule. /li liDefine and implement the project meeting and governance strategy. /li liPrepare, maintain, and update the project risk register. /li liPropose and support the procurement and contracting strategy. /li liDefine and manage the project document management and filing structure. /li liPrepare and issue Monthly Project Status Reports to both the client and the Project Management leadership team. /li liCoordinate with the project team and gather all necessary information for the final evaluation and performance assessment of contractors. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's),
Architecture, Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines /li liApprox.10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager in construction, office, logistics/industrial, or similar projects /li liA thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project inception stage, design, through to construction completion and post-project review /li liExcellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques /li liFamiliar with Microsoft Office, MS Project, office productivity tools, and BIM platforms /li liStrong communication skills and seeking to leverage their skills within an international professional context /li liHighly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client /li liFluent in Spanish and min.
