reorganizations and joint ventures /li liPerform tax due diligence and identify risks and opportunities /li liAdvise on optimal tax structuring aligned with Group policies /li liSupport cross-border initiatives (legal entity rationalization, financing, cash repatriation, etc.) /li /ul pbPillar 2 International Tax /b /p ul liAssess Pillar 2 implications of transactions and reorganizations /li liCollaborate with Tax Accounting Reporting on impact analysis /li /ul pbTransfer Pricing Strategy Governance /b /p ul liSupport transfer pricing strategy, compliance and operational discussions /li liContribute to governance, best practices and implementation across the Group /li /ul pbTax Audit Advisory Support /b /p ul liSupport local teams during tax audits /li liProvide guidance on tax technical positions, documentation and risk mitigation /li /ul pbProcess, Controls Governance /b /p ul liContribute to the design and implementation of Group Tax internal controls /li liSupport the development of tax policies, standards and governance frameworks /li liDrive process improvements and leverage technology for efficiency /li /ul h3What You Bring to the Table /h3 ul liAround b6–7 years of experience /b in international tax, transaction tax or similar roles (ideally Big 4 or multinational environment) /li liStrong technical expertise in binternational tax, MA tax, structuring, transfer pricing and Pillar 2 /b /li liExperience supporting complex,
