Experteer Overview
In this role you guide complex deliveries within Roche’s Medical Affairs domain, shaping and communicating visions and roadmaps for large initiatives. You’ll influence decisions, align cross-functional teams, and mentor others to grow delivery capability. This is a chance to drive digital transformation in how scientific evidence is generated, managed, and shared with the medical community. You will work with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact programs that support Roche’s mission to improve patient access to healthcare.

• Define and manage scope for complex/high-impact initiatives and champion scope strategies
• Lead analysis of strategic delivery problems across boundaries and drive solutions
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans with senior leaders




• Embed Agile practices and drive organizational change to achieve strategic objectives
• Manage highly complex, cross-domain delivery programs with multiple dependencies and risks
• Shape delivery strategies using strong business acumen and market insight
• Facilitate consensus and mentor colleagues in problem-solving and scope management

Responsabilidades
• Delivery Management archetype experience (e.g., Program Manager, STE, Agile Coach) with large-scale, complex programs
• Experience embedding Agile best practices and leading organizational change across product lines or domains
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and enable cross-organizational collaboration
