Job Description
Role summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst to lead analysis work for FX initiatives at FX IT Tribe,



drive requirements and ensure high-quality deliveries together with Product and Dev teams.

Key responsibilities

-

- Lead business and data analysis for FX processes;
produce functional specs and process maps.

- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and requirements.

- Collaborate with Product Owner and Dev team to prioritise backlog and manage dependencies.

- Support or perform Scrum Master-related tasks when needed to ensure smooth delivery.

- Coordinate testing, releases and measure impact through KPIs.

Qualifications
Requirements

-

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT environments.

- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.

- Proactive attitude with strong ownership and effective stakeholder communication skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams;
exposure to Scrum Master responsibilities is a plus.

- Professional English required.

Valuable experience (nice to have)

-

- Experience in FX, payments, cash management or other transactional financial solutions.

- Hands‑on experience working with APIs (REST, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI, API consumers).

- Experience defining contracts, error handling and non-functional requirements for APIs.

- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman.

- Fluent Spanish.
