You will work closely with Product Owners, Data Scientists, Developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, cloud-based AI applications. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead a cross-functional AI squad of up to 6 engineers, ensuring alignment on technical direction, priorities, and delivery timelines. /liliDefine and enforce technical standards, architecture guidelines, and engineering best practices. /liliDesign and oversee scalable backend systems and APIs supporting AI solutions on Azure. /liliDrive the integration of AI capabilities, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), Speech-to-Text, Computer Vision, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP). /liliArchitect and validate cloud-based AI solutions using Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB,



Azure Key Vault, and Azure OpenAI. /liliConduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and support technical development within the team. /liliAct as the technical point of contact between the AI squad and key stakeholders. /liliEnsure AI solutions meet high standards for performance, reliability, scalability, and observability. /liliStay up to date with the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering, translating innovation into practical solutions. /li /ulh3Required Skills and Experience /h3ulli7+ years of relevant experience. /liliProven experience leading AI engineering teams. /liliStrong experience designing and delivering end-to-end AI solutions in cloud environments. /liliHands-on experience with RAG and Generative AI. /liliStrong backend engineering and API development expertise. /liliExtensive experience with Azure, including Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, Azure Key Vault, and Azure OpenAI. /liliSolid understanding of LLMs and Prompt Engineering. /liliFluent English and Spanish. /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliExperience with Speech-to-Text solutions. /liliExperience with Computer Vision. /liliExperience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
