In this role you contribute to improving efficiency and profitability of manufacturing processes across the organization. You participate in continuous improvement, process development, root cause analysis, and systematic problem solving to optimize production. You apply technical work to support process design and provide recommendations to ensure quality and maximize productivity. You join a global effort to integrate innovative manufacturing methods and promote lean practices that drive stable, scalable operations.

• Assist in global process improvement initiatives and integration of innovative manufacturing methodologies, balancing integration with minimal downtime
• Contribute to cost reduction and scrap minimization efforts
• Ensure process parameters stay within tolerances to meet quality standards




• Coordinate line reconfigurations and machine moves, including installation and support scheduling
• Maintain open communication with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and management
• Promote LEAN Six Sigma principles across the organization
• Adhere to safety, health, and security procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Responsabilidades
• Knowledge of process engineering technologies xqbhyrx used in Ru0026D and manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with core and advanced technologies
• Understanding of relevant industry standards and specifications
• Ability to develop innovative process solutions
• Ability to write technical papers, create presentations, and represent the department
• Up-to-date knowledge on technology status and breakthroughs for continuous improvement
