and inspire a multicultural team of Managers and local Office Directors across LATAM, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable culture. /li liDefine and execute the regional strategy to strengthen institutional visibility, brand positioning, and student recruitment across diverse Latin American markets. /li liOversee the operations of multiple regional offices, ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and alignment with institutional priorities. /li liDrive organizational alignment by promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and cross-country collaboration. /li /ul pbBusiness Development Market Growth /b /p ul liLead student recruitment and business development initiatives to expand the institution’s presence and impact across Latin America. /li liIdentify and prioritize growth opportunities across established and emerging markets, adapting strategies to local market dynamics and competitive environments. /li liLeverage market intelligence, data analytics, and performance indicators to support strategic decision-making, pipeline management, and market expansion. /li liExplore new partnerships and initiatives to strengthen long-term regional growth. /li /ul pbStakeholder Engagement Internal Collaboration /b /p ul liAct as the primary liaison between the LATAM region and headquarters, ensuring strong communication and strategic alignment. /li liBuild and maintain relationships with high schools, universities, government institutions, corporate partners, educational organizations, and alumni networks to strengthen the institution’s presence in the region. /li liCollaborate closely with academic, admissions, marketing, alumni, careers, and corporate relations teams to deliver integrated regional initiatives. /li /ul pbOperational Financial Accountability /b /p ul liDefine and manage regional budgets, revenue targets, and performance indicators,
ensuring sustainable and profitable growth. /li liMonitor regional performance and implement action plans to achieve enrollment, financial, and operational objectives. /li liChampion the effective use of institutional systems, CRM tools, and technology to improve forecasting, candidate engagement, and reporting. /li /ul pbExternal Representation /b /p ul liRepresent the institution as the senior regional ambassador across Latin America at conferences, industry events, government meetings, and educational forums. /li liStrengthen the institution’s reputation and visibility by promoting its mission, values, and academic excellence throughout the region. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: /b /p ul liMaster's degree or MBA from a leading institution. /li li10+ years of progressive leadership experience in international business development, higher education, marketing, or commercial management, including responsibility for multi-country or regional teams. /li liDemonstrated success leading operations across Latin America, with a strong understanding of the region's educational landscape and market dynamics. /li liProven ability to build strategic relationships with governments, educational institutions, corporate partners, and other key stakeholders. /li liStrong commercial mindset with experience managing budgets, revenue targets, and business performance. /li liExcellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. /li liFull professional proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese would be a plus. /li liStrategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, resilience, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial mindset. /li liWillingness to travel extensively throughout Latin America. /li liLegal authorization to work in Spain /li /ul pUnleash your full potential and make an impact.
