In this Engineering Manager role, you will lead backend teams across Java/Spring Boot and Python/FastAPI, driving delivery and operational excellence at scale. You’ll shape team structures, hiring, and development, partnering with architecture and engineering leaders to uphold standards. You’ll tackle workforce planning, cross-functional delivery, and continuous improvement to support data, analytics, and AI platforms. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on people growth, process discipline, and high-velocity delivery in a regulated enterprise. You’ll contribute to a collaborative, inclusive culture that enables impactful backend services and scalable systems.

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or people management role
• Proven track record leading backend or full-stack teams in modern delivery environments
• Experience managing multiple teams and supporting engineers at different career stages
• Experience with performance management, career xqbhyrx frameworks, and organizational planning
• Strong background in hiring, interviewing, and scaling engineering teams
• Technical credibility across backend engineering practices (Java/Spring Boot, Python/FastAPI, microservices)
• Experience with API design, event-driven architectures (Kafka), cloud-native deployments (Kubernetes)
• CI/CD practices (GitHub Actions), GitOps (ArgoCD)
