Our goal is to grow Factory Configuration Services business by supporting the expansion of factory capabilities and services into new markets through all routes to market. Automation and connecting siloed systems (integrations) is key to this success, by reducing the number of “touches” needed by a human to complete the tasks. We need skilled engineering program managers with process improvement experience to bring this vision to life. /p h3What You’ll Do As An Engineering Program Manager /h3 ul liSolve problems! /li liUse data analytics skills to identify operational problems, and launch projects to improve processes /li liLead technical programs involving multiple functions and worldwide project teams to expand our factory capabilities footprint to serve global customers with a standardized global design. /li liBe the SC focal point for New Service Introduction (NSI) /li liDesign/Develop/Improve new or existing Supply Chain Services Processes /li liEnhance the customer experience through state of the art, intuitive tools. /li liEnhance employees productivity and reduce manual work (e.g. data entry) through automation of processes and connecting siloed systems/data/processes. /li liEngage with stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, scope, timeline, etc /li liExecute on strategy to deliver new SC processes/capabilities /li liPeople change management for successful adoption of new or changed processes /li liEffective communication to sponsors and stakeholders on status /li liKeep project/program aligned with other strategic initiatives /li /ul h3The Idóneo Candidate /h3 ul liPMI PMP or PMI-ACP certified, LSS Green Belt certified, or equivalent /li liStrong desire to understand and improve processes /li liProven experience applying Agile practices and driving end-to-end digital transformation initiatives,



including process redesign, system implementation, User Acceptance Testing, and organizational change management employing methodologies such as ADKAR, preferred. /li liDemonstrates a quality-first, metrics-driven mindset, leveraging KPIs and data insights to continuously improve processes, performance, and business outcomes. /li liDemonstrated experience with PLM, PDM, BOMs and SAP /li liHands on experience developing/creating reports using Power BI or pivot charts/slicers in Excel /li liExcellent communicator for creating visual, succinct PowerPoint presentations to executive audiences /li liWorking knowledge of SAP materials management and Factory processes (e.g. service orders, material master, BOMs, SKU/CTO, EDI signals, cost, document management) /li liDemonstrates foundational knowledge of AI principles, including generative AI concepts, data-driven insights, and responsible AI usage; prior exposure or training preferred. /li liStrong emotional intelligence (EQ) and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and effectively resolve complex business challenges. /li liHands‑on experience working with the following Microsoft software: ul liDynamics 365 /li liAzure Dev Ops (ADO) /li liPower Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) /li liSharePoint workflows, InfoPath /li /ul /li liFinancial acumen (PL, revenue, cost, gross margin) and ability to creates data‑driven strategies /li /ul h3Education And Experience Required /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree (BS or BA) required. Preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain.
